Looking for Contestants between ages 12 to 60 for multiple catagory pageant. THE AMERICAN QUEEN PAGEANT, voted “BEST PAGEANT TO COMPETE IN” for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW by the readers of "Turn For The Judges" (www. TFTJ. com) has some very exciting news! In consideration of today’s economy and to cut down on costs and expenses for all of the candidates, we are going to awarding many of our state titles through “VIRTUAL PAGEANTS”! What does this mean for these state title candidates? No travel costs! No hotel room costs! No wardrobe costs! And in many cases – NO SPONSOR FEE! Just go to our website at www. AmericanQueenPageant. net. Once you are there, click on “BECOME AN AMERICAN QUEEN”, then SELECT YOUR STATE and APPLY! It’s THAT EASY! We have just recently held a “VIRTUAL PAGEANT” and it worked out great! It is easy and fun! Here’s how our “Virtual Pageant” will work: APPLICATION PROCESS: Candidates need only to submit their on-line application with their $50 application fee on line on our website at: www. AmericanQueenPageant. net. As long as we receive applications for the minimum number of required candidates in the state/age division, NO SPONSOR FEE will be required from the candidates! If we do not have the minimum number of required candidates in the state/age division, the WINNING CANDIDATE ONLY will be required to raise a minimal sponsor fee! However, this sponsor fee will not be required until AFTER the winning candidate is awarded the title, thus giving the candidate the time and tools (we provide all information, introduction letter, etc…) to raise this sponsor fee and therefore eliminate the need to pay the fee themselves. Just go to our website at: www. AmericanQueenPageant. net Click on "BECOME AN AMERICAN QUEEN" Choose your state, and then APPLY! It's that easy! JUDGING PROCESS: AFTER the on-line application and $50 application fee is received by our office, the candidate will be sent an official “JUDGES BIO FORM” to complete and return to us via email. She will also receive instructions regarding specific photos that we will require via email. Our “Virtual Pageant” date will then be set and all candidates will be notified. On this date, the candidates will be required to take part in a “virtual interview” with our Panel of Judges. Each of the candidates will be assigned a specific time frame when they will have a private 10 minute interview via teleconference with our Panel of Judges. The interview questions will be based mainly on information provided by the candidate on their “Judges Bio”. There will also be a few general questions regarding the DASH FOUNDATION (all information can be found on www. DashFoundation. net) and a couple of “general questions”. On the day of the “Virtual Pageant” the WINNING title holders will be announced as soon as the scoring is competed. Each winning title holder will receive a personal phone call, an official congratulations email, and she will be “introduced” on-line and in the pageant media. Whenever possible, a local "crowning ceremony" will take place in the title winner's area.
