We will have a brief presentation from the Pinnacle Hotel Group LLC regarding their application for a Change of Zone to construct a 200 room; 7 Story hotel with a 1 story restaurant within the Town's Empire Zone at Nacton (Precision) Drive on the east side of CR46 opposite the SCPD 7th Precinct.
Status of the clearing of Airport residential buffer zones, FAA control of aiport expansion attempts; present proposal for JETS at airport and jets already permitted to use airport.
Status of the Shaw Nursery subdivision in Manorville - project scheduled for hearing on April 7th at the Planning Board 4PM One Independence Hill, Farmingdale NY.
Over the next several months we will need everyone to get involved....The massive 4.5 million square foot industrial park planned for the east of Cranford Blvd,Manor Park may actually be gaining steam...we need everyone to be watchful and involved.
