It seems like we bet the farm on the merger and lost. We were told during the merger meetings we had $4-5 million in reserves. I't appears we have over 2 million designated for construction projects just completed or planned. Where is the remaining 2-3 million?
I hope our expenses are not exceeding our revenue and making up the difference with our reserves.

Is the aid for students from the reservation guaranteed? How much have we borrowed against the IOU. The merger consultants said the aid was ending soon.
