15. Clayton Huey Elementary Site-Based Team Fund Account - Playground
RECOMMENDED ACTION: that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the establishment of the Clayton Huey Elementary Site-Based Team Fund Account dedicated for the deposit of funds that will be used toward building a new playground at the Clayton Huey Elementary School.

16. Third Policy Reading and Adoption
RECOMMENDED ACTION: that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education conducts a third reading of the following policy, and subsequently moves to adopt it as policy:

17. Stipulation of Agreement
