Why wasn't the public notified of this meeting ? The marquee wasn't changed until the night of the meeting. Legally the school is suppose togive a 24 noitce of a board meeting.

I wonder if they discussed the low test scores, no money in reserves and the fact our expenses for 2010-2011 exceed revenue by $1.6 million.
