2% increase, 5.5% tax increase. It is better and the programs look good. Let's hope that they can keep it to that and maybe even determine how to cut out a little bit more.
3.79% tax rate increase, Dr. Russo and the BOE have done an excellent job with the budget finding the right balance between programs for the kids and a small increase for the taxpayers.
