LIPA gives some rebates and there is some tax savings however we are laying out alot of money.
What is the actual cost ? $500,$600$700,000? How much is annual maintenance? How long is the warranty?
The CM residents are paying the: $900,000 out of pocket cost. MTA tax. Lost revenue from the decline in property taxes. Lost revenue from the decline in the teachers retirement account. Is the reserve account empty?
