Domestic Violence Commemoration Day 2009 On Thursday, October 1, 12pm – 2pm, Women’s Services in conjunction with Alliance of Domestic Violence Agencies will be hosting Commemoration Day 2009. This event will honor the survivors and remember the victims of domestic violence. It will be held on the lawn across from the the Suffolk County Legislative Building, North County Complex, 725 Veterans Highway, Hauppauge, NY.
