The good news, tax assessments increased. The bad news, we have only $900,000 in reserve (undesignated). This was announced by the outside auditor (12/08). NYS guidelines suggest $1,600,000 in reserve for a district our size. There have been no updates since last year when we kept hearing from the boe about the millions we have. The boe is the finance committee??? MMMMMMMMl __________________

The entire board of ed makes up for the entire finance/audit committee. no community members sit on this advisory board. __________________
