DO NOT ATTEND! That way you can ask what went on and then question any decision that was made. But boy, oh boy will they hear you in May! Keep up the good work and don't miss American Idol, these silly BOE meetings are kind of boring anyway.
I see nepotism is still alive and well at the center moriches school district. not only is judy ponticellos son working for our district but now her husband was given a job working in security. guess someone working in law enforcement making over $160k a year isn't making enough ? now how will he be holding down a fulltime job at his other job and be working for our district.
Joseph Ponticello Security Officer 01/25/10-06/30/10 DW
So, are you going to complain at the BOE meeting? Based upon recent attendance, probably not. Enjoy your cheetos while you watch American Idol. If more people attended and complained, things would change.
with the athletic presentation at this meeting, how much will that dept budget be going up and what other new sports have they added for the boys ? how much will the district be paying for the football team to go to camp ? with money as tight as it is, maybe it's time to consolidate and merge some teams together on the high school level and middle school level. merit pay for extra activities they teachers do should be eliminated too. times are hard and money is tight and our district keeps spendings which has gotten out f control.
So what exactly happened at the board meeting and how many new sports teams for the boys will they be starting up now? and How much will this be costing us taxpayers ?
