FISCAL SECTION
8. Payment Authorization
The Board of Education has appointed an Independent Claims Auditor to review bills and authorize the processing of payment during the period between Board of Education meetings.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education accepts the report by the Independent Claims Auditor for the month of April 2010 and authorizes payment of the monthly bills listed on Warrants for the month of April 2010, as audited by the Independent Claims Auditor as follows:
RECOMMENDED ACTION: that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the following contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as well as at the established cost contained in said contract:
Institute for Children with Autism and Related Disorders (2010-2011); Kid’s World Nursery School (2010-2011); and Gayle E. Kligman Therapeutic Resources - Addendum (2009-2010).
10. School Budget Vote: 2010-2011
RECOMMENDED ACTION: that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education accepts the results for the May 18, 2010, Board of Education budget vote and election:
Proposition #1: 2010-2011 district budget in the amount of $35,791,700.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the recommendations of the Committees on Special Education and Preschool Special Education for the month of March 2010.
