15.       Disposition of Records, Books and/or Equipment

RECOMMENDED ACTION:  that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the Activity Treasurer’s Report for the months of May 2010 and June 2010.

 

17.       Payment Authorization

 

        The Board of Education has appointed an Independent Claims Auditor to review bills and authorize the processing of payment during the period between Board of Education meetings.

 

                       RECOMMENDED ACTION:  that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education accepts the report by the Independent Claims Auditor for the month of July 2010 and authorizes payment of the monthly bills listed on Warrants for the month of July 2010, as audited by the Independent Claims Auditor as follows:

18.       Contracts

                          

            RECOMMENDED ACTION:  that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the following contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracts, as well as at the established cost contained in said contracts: 

           

            AndersonCenter for Autism (2010-2011);

            Christopher Hildebrandt – Athletic Trainer (2010-2011).

 

19.       Bid Award – Parking Lot Seal Coating and Repair (Bid #CMS 10-11H)

 

            RECOMMENDED ACTION:  that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves All County Pavement Maintenance, Inc. as the lowest responsible bid vendor for the parking lot seal coating bid #CMS 10-11H.

 

20.       Treasurer’s Report

 

RECOMMENDED ACTION:  that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the Treasurer’s Report for the month of June 2010.

 

21.       Budget Transfers – June 2010

 

            RECOMMENDED ACTION:  upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approves the budget transfers.

LEDs are also being used now in airport and heliport lighting. LED Flashlights airport fixtures currently include medium-intensity runway lights, runway centerline lights, taxiway centerline & edge lights, guidance signs and obstruction lighting.
